How to Play FrontWars IO

Hotkeys

• Space — Alternate view between terrain and countries

• Shift + Left Click — Attack when left click is set to open menu

• Ctrl + Left Click — Open build menu

• Attacks — See incoming and outgoing attacks, click to center your view, or hit the red X to retreat at a cost of 25% of your attacking troops

• Quick Chat — Send and receive messages from other players through their info menu

Player Info Overlay

Hover over any country and the Player Info overlay instantly shows you:

• Whether the player is Human, a Nation smart bot, or a regular Bot

• Their attitude toward you — ranging from Hostile to Friendly

• Their defending troops, gold total, and number of Warships and buildings

Use this information before every attack — knowing your enemy's strength saves your troops.

Game UI and Leaderboard

The leaderboard tracks the top players by:

• Owned land percentage

• Gold reserves

• Troop count

Click Show All to see every player currently in the game. Use this to identify weak targets and powerful threats before committing your forces anywhere.
