DMCA Takedown Request
We get it. You worked hard on your creation — your game, your art, your video, your story — and seeing it somewhere without your permission feels awful. At YupGames, we take that seriously. If you spot your work on our site and you know it shouldn’t be there, we want to make it easy for you to tell us so we can fix it.
Think of this page as your step-by-step guide. No legal jargon, no confusing forms. Just straight talk.
How to Submit a DMCA Request
When you send us a copyright (DMCA) request, here is what we need from you:
Tell us what is yours.
Describe the work that belongs to you — maybe it is a game, maybe it is artwork, maybe it is something else. Just let us know what you created.
Show us where you found it.
Drop the exact link (URL) on YupGames where your work appears without your permission. The more specific, the better.
Tell us how to reach you.
We will need your name, email, phone number, and mailing address. That way we can keep you in the loop.
Say it straight.
Write something like:
"I believe in good faith that this use of my work is not allowed by me, my agent, or the law."
Make it official.
Add one more line that says:
"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that everything I've written here is true, and I'm the copyright owner (or I'm allowed to speak for them)."
Sign it.
You can type your name if you are sending an email — that counts as your electronic signature.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- •If your request is missing info, it may slow things down.
- •We may need to reach out to you for clarification.
- •False claims are serious — the law says you could be responsible for damages if you make one.
- •If your claim is valid, we'll remove the content and notify the uploader.
